1. Does the UL program provide counseling to help change eating, activity and personal habits?
- The UL program teaches participants to permanently change eating habits and lifestyle behaviors (including the lack of physical activity) in a gradual and relatively painless way. Over the course of the 5-week program, individual problems and challenges are addressed along the way.
2. I've been able to lose weight in the past, but easily regained it and more. Does UL address the long-term maintenance of weight loss?
- Absolutely - any program can get the weight off - but UL focuses on keeping it off. By gradually reintroducing known allergenic foods in a systemized way, every participant in the plan can clearly determine those foods which will sabotage their weight maintenance efforts over time. Without this critical step, most participants would find themselves back where they started if not worse.
3. I want to eat real food while losing the weight. Does UL use diet pills, prepackaged food or diet drinks
